Because these products are produced specifically for the customer:
Customized products cannot generally be returned simply because the customer changes their mind.
Orders cannot generally be cancelled once production has started.
This applies even where the customer subsequently decides that they no longer require the product.

6. Artwork and Customer-Provided Information
Where customers provide artwork, logos, text, images, dimensions or other specifications, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate.
Customers should carefully review:
* Spelling
* Numbers
* Logos
* Colors
* Dimensions
* Artwork
* Product specifications
* Contact information
Once production begins based on customer-approved artwork or specifications, AdLink may not be responsible for errors originating from the information supplied or approved by the customer.

7. Artwork Approval
Where applicable, AdLink may provide a digital proof, mockup or artwork preview before production.
The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the proof.
Approval may authorize AdLink to begin production.
Once production has started, changes requested by the customer may result in additional charges, delays or inability to make the requested change.

8. Intellectual Property
Customers must have the necessary rights or authorization to use artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, designs and other materials supplied to AdLink.
The customer is responsible for claims arising from unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property.
AdLink does not claim ownership of customer-owned trademarks, logos or artwork merely because the customer provides them to us for production.

9. Payment
Customers must provide accurate payment and billing information.
Orders may not be processed until required payment has been successfully received or otherwise confirmed.
Available payment methods may change from time to time.

10. Delivery
Delivery is handled through available courier or logistics providers.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:
* Courier delays
* Weather
* Traffic
* Public holidays
* Operational issues
* Incorrect customer information
* Failed delivery attempts
* Remote-area delivery
* Circumstances outside AdLink’s reasonable control
AdLink is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers where AdLink has properly dispatched the order.

11. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect products as soon as reasonably possible after receiving them.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, the customer should contact AdLink promptly with:

* Photographs
* Video where appropriate
* Packaging photographs where relevant
This helps us investigate the issue with the courier or production team.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, delivery of a product does not automatically include installation.
Where installation is purchased separately, the applicable installation terms and charges will apply.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the installation location is suitable where installation requirements have not been provided to AdLink.
